It's so much fun to create holiday decorations using dried natural gourds and paper clay.  Each one is built, sculpted and painted by me to create one of a kind Santas, Snowmen and other holiday decor.

Gourd Art

When I discovered dried natural gourds and their versatility a new world of creation opened up for me.  Each gourd has it's own unique shape and this dictates what my figures will look like.  Using paper clay I sculpt the faces and shapes of the Santa, Snowman or any figure that comes to mind.  Each one of these gourds is a one of a kind piece that brings smiles.
